Time For Transformation

Re-treat Your-Self
June 11th - June 16th 2020

What to expect:

This magnificent and intense retreat program is an opportunity to change your life.
You may use it to either initiate change that you’re longing for or to go deeper into a process of transformation that you have already started.

Do you want to improve your physical, emotional or mental state? Create new habits or let go of old ones? Connect with yourself and others? Relieve pain patterns?

During this retreat you will be guided through meditation, deep breath work, and above all, through sequences of “transformational floor work.” The focus is on mindful movements specifically designed to peel away layers of compensation from physical or emotional trauma which no longer serve you. This can be especially life changing.

The moves will be gentle, slow, and mindful. Within the successive sequences, which are mostly done lying on the floor, there will be time for deep neurological rest. Props are used when you need them to aide in comfort and reduce stress on your system.

This is not a “vacation.” This may feel intense, as well as extremely relaxing. It will absolutely be rewarding.

We provide space, structure and guidance for you to relearn how to move through life with effortless ease. Come find your freedom on many levels. Expect to be exploring instead of performing. You will go home with tools to use for the rest of your life.

Who is this for?

This retreat is designed for most; it is for the active who want to increase physical skills and reduce risk of injury; for those dealing with the after effects of injury or emotional trauma, who want to move with ease and freedom in body and spirit, and the professionals who work with them; it is for yoga/movement professionals who want to up-level their teaching, for the chronically tired and stressed who want to take better care of their necks, shoulders, and backs; and for those who want to improve their posture, flexibility, and breathing while deepening their sense of connection and belonging. This retreat is also useful for those in the helping and healing professions in working with their clients and patients.

If you are wondering if this retreat is for you, feel free to call and we will discuss together.
